Our moulding facility includes Arburg & Engel machines, with capacity up to 500 tonne.
At present we produce simple through to complex plastic and rubber moulded products including insert moulding. As employed in the design of the Deployable Side Step for Range Rover.
ASG produce a wide range of mouldings in general purpose, engineering polymers, composites and elastomers for Automotive and other Industries including but not restricted to Stadium Seating systems.
We can assist in component design and provide support with the design and procurement of tooling.
