We manufacture vacuum formed parts solely for the interior of the aircraft. Our customers supply and fit parts for aircraft refurbishment and repair work. With the limited time that the aircraft is aloud to be ‘on the ground’, Ansini works under extreme deadlines and delivery dates, to supply thermo formed parts get the aircraft back up in the air as quick as possible. As with all other sectors that we supply, Ansini offers not just plastic vacuum formed moulded parts but also a full assembly service, including leather trimming for premium level seat components. All our assembly team is Aerospace approved and many of the assembly team used to work as fitters for plastic parts that they now manufacture. |
