Ansini wins major new contracts in the automotive sector.

Ansini launch online Sprial Tree Guard store
Ansini recycled PVC plastic Spiral Tree Guards are available in a choice of six different sizes along with various colour and ventilation options.
The new ecommerce site www.spiraltreeguard.eu is designed to make online selection and ordering of the tree guards a simple and enjoyable process, enabling customers to quickly select the right type of guard and quantity for their needs.

Plastic Packaging and Thermo Plastic Website Launch
After the procurement and relocation of Eyrevac Plastics back in May 2008, Ansini launched a new dedicated site for plastic packaging www.packaging-in-plastic.com
This site offers our customers a wealth of information about our capabilities for the manufacture of high volume and low cost plastic packaging on our roll fed machines. The site shows images and information about all of the various types of plastic packaging listed below.

On winning the contract for management, manufacture and assembly of spray tan equipment, for the beauty sector, back in March. Ansini launched a new web site dedicated to Product and Industrial designers for the plastic moulding and fabrication industry - www.thermo-plastic-moulding.co.uk this site offers free downloads, information about our monthly workshops and guidance for product and industrial designers in the plastic moulding industry.
Ansini also took the opportunity to rebrand its image and refresh the company logo.

Ansini wins new contract to manufacture and assemble portable spray tan units.
Ansini continued its success in winning new contracts, by securing the management, manufacture and assembly of spray tan equipment. All plastic parts are manufactured in house by Ansini and then assembled by our aerospace approved plastic fabrication and assembly team. With the whole project managed by Ansini. we look after the electrical wiring of the unit.
The project as a whole comprises of a bill of materials of over 100 parts, procured by Ansini from sub contractors and suppliers throughout the world including metalwork from our local sub contractor, motors from Birmingham, fans from France, wheels and handles from China and fixings and fittings from all over the world.

Launch of spiraltreeguard.com
To accompany the acquisition and relocation of Eyrevac plastics, Ansini launched a new website www.spiraltreeguard.com specifically dedicated to advertise and promote the sale of Spiral Tree Guards.
With this being a new market sector for Ansini we recognised the need that to expand and grow this side of the business a dedicated website would be required.

Acquisition and relocation of Eyrevac plastics
With continued enquiries for high volume consumer packaging, in thin gauge material, Ansini acquired Eyrevac plastics to fill the gap in the services that we were able to offer.
Ansini is now able to offer its customers a variety of products in thin gauge material from 250 micron 800 micron, in a variety of materials including HIPS, PVC and styrene in a variety of colours. We now manufacture products including point of sale display trays, salad trays, cold seal blister packs, clam packs, plastic transit trays, plastic box inserts and plastic seed trays.
It gave us the opportunity to expand into the market for Spiral Tree Guards made from our skeletal waste, 100% recycled photodegradable PVC plastic waste product, designed for the protection of vulnerable young trees, saplings and Hawthorn hedgerow whips.
